You can request a refund for the digital products or services that you have purchased from sderekoy.com within 30 days.
While you may cancel a Paid Service at any time, refunds are issued at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Downloadable digital goods, by their nature, are exempt from this refund policy. We do not refund courses that are watched for the most part or downloaded as well. Digital products or services that have trial periods are also subject to this non-refund policy. However, most of the content on sderekoy.com is free and this should give you a good idea of what to expect.
You can request a return for physical products such as prints, books, and calendars within 15 days after the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Webinar and coaching sessions refunds:
- Full refunds until the webinar takes place
- Partial, 50% refunds if you haven’t attended
- No refunds after attending and/or watching the replays
